Meet to Make collects the information needed to run a profile-first, reviewed creator-collaboration alpha, protect accounts, and improve core product flows.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, profile details you save, and account information received from Google or Twitch sign-in, such as username, display name, verified email address, and profile image.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to run profiles, assess profile readiness and alpha access, provide creator discovery, connections, messages, events, proposals, notifications and safety tools, and understand core product use.

3. Data Retention

• Account, profile, access decision, and review audit information: until deletion or documented alpha cleanup
• Messages and collaboration records: retained while the account exists unless deleted through account deletion
• Analytics: retained in aggregate or product analytics tools where enabled

4. Third-Party Disclosure

We use trusted providers including Supabase for database and authentication infrastructure, Google and Twitch for sign-in, and PostHog for product analytics only when configured and enabled.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You may contact support to ask about an access decision or privacy request.

1. Usage License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the alpha capabilities currently approved for your profile. Creating or saving a profile does not guarantee full access.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Prohibited Behavior

• Vouch manipulation or trading
• Harassment, hate speech, or bullying
• Spamming or unsolicited advertising
• Creating multiple accounts to evade bans

4. Limitation of Liability

Meet to Make is not responsible for the outcome of collaborations, events, or connections made through the platform. Users engage with each other at their own risk.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Community Guidelines, show patterns of suspicious activity, or receive multiple verified reports.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France and the European Union.

Our community is built on trust and respect. Violations may result in account suspension.

Meet to Make is an adults-only alpha. You must be 18 or older to create a profile, request reviewed access, or use collaboration features.
