Terms of Service

The agreement for using Meet to Make.

Effective 6 October 2026

The English and French documents explain the same rules. If a passage is unclear or seems inconsistent, write to [email protected]. These documents do not limit the rights that the law gives you.

1. The service and agreement

Meet to Make is a free collaboration service for adult creators, operated by Morad ICHCHOU in France. It helps you create a profile, discover people, communicate and organise collaborations. The main application language is English. By creating an account and accepting these Terms, you enter this agreement with the operator.

2. Accounts and access

  • You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement.
  • Sign in with Google or Twitch. Keep that provider account secure, use accurate profile information and report suspected account compromise to support.
  • Registration gives access to the available browsing features. Collaboration access requires a complete creator profile, confirmation that you are 18 or older, acceptance of the Terms and Community Guidelines, and a human review of those requirements, any safety restrictions and available capacity. Approval and successful collaborations are not guaranteed.
  • Do not impersonate someone or create duplicate accounts to evade restrictions.

3. Your collaborations

You arrange and agree collaborations directly with other users, including the scope, ownership and confidentiality of the work. Meet to Make is not a party to those agreements, an employer, agent, payment provider or guarantor. The service provides no payment or escrow feature and takes no commission. Follow applicable law and respect other people's rights.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of your content and must have the rights to submit it. You grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence, limited to the time and use needed to host, store, back up, format, display and transmit content through the features you choose, and to investigate or moderate it under these Terms. This does not permit unrelated advertising or sale of your work.

Deletion ends further use, except for necessary lawful retention, backups awaiting overwrite, copies another person lawfully keeps or evidence needed for a dispute. Deleting an account can remove shared content you created, including posts and events.

5. Rules

Follow the Community Guidelines. Harassment, threats, discrimination, exploitation of minors, public sexually explicit content, impersonation, scams, spam, doxxing, rights infringement, malicious material, unlawful content or activity, manipulated endorsements or reports, safeguard evasion, participant-data scraping and service disruption are prohibited.

6. Moderation and review

We investigate reports without continuously monitoring all private content. We consider the context, evidence, severity, intent, reach, repeated conduct, safety and user rights. Depending on the case, we may take no action, warn, hide or remove content, restrict a feature, suspend or close an account. Moderation and access decisions are made by a person; technical security controls can help detect or block abuse.

If content or account access is restricted, we explain the decision, its legal or contractual ground, scope, duration and available review route. We withhold details only where the law requires it. To request review, write to [email protected] with the reference and your reasons. The solo operator reviews the case again; there is no independent appeal panel.

7. Availability, changes and ending the agreement

Meet to Make is in alpha. Features, capacity and availability can change, and the service may pause or close. We use reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We notify you of material contractual changes as required by law. You can end the agreement by deleting your account.

We can restrict or end access for a material rule breach, a safety or legal requirement, prolonged inactivity after warning, or closure of the service. We give appropriate notice where possible. The Privacy Notice explains retention and deletion.

8. Responsibility

Meet to Make is provided free of charge. We take reasonable care to operate the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or the success of any collaboration.

You are responsible for your content, conduct and agreements with other users. We are not a party to those agreements and do not guarantee that other users will fulfill them.

Where permitted by law, our contractual liability is limited to direct losses caused by a breach of our obligations and reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was made.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory rights, including under consumer and data-protection law, remain unaffected.

9. Law and disputes

French law governs these Terms while preserving any mandatory protections that apply to you. The competent courts are determined by applicable procedural and consumer law. Contact [email protected] to discuss a problem.
